Customer Agreement
Before purchasing, you must read & agree with the following terms. If you do NOT agree, please refrain from buying. : )

1. Eligibility

Our services are intended only for users who play GTA 5 on PC, PS4. We do not provide support or modifications for console versions (e.g., PlayStation 5 , Xbox, Ninendo switch, Steam Deck etc).

2. Services Offered

PurpleStock offers various GTA 5-related services and digital content, which may include in-game modifications, account services, or enhancements. These services are intended for use in compliance with applicable laws and the game’s Terms of Use.

3. No Affiliation

We are not affiliated with Cherax Menu, Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks and copyrights are the property of their respective owners.

4. Compensation Policy

Refunds are only available in the event of a ban directly resulting from the services we provided.

To request a digital compensation

• Spend less than 7.5Millions GTA$ per day until 7 days after the purchase. (proofable through screenshots the 7 first days)
• You must provide sufficient evidence (e.g., ban notice, account history). in-game cash should be visible. the dates will be fetched form the picture's metadata.
• Refunds will not be issued for issues related to bans or for user error.
• If the evidence's metadata is obfuscated,edited, errased or you cant provide enough evidences to cover the Policy, the compensation will NOT BE POSSIBLE

No other refunds, exchanges or Compensation will be issued under any other circumstances.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

• To use the services at your own risk.
• That you understand the risks involved with using game modifications, including potential account suspensions or bans.
• To follow the Compensation Policy

6. Limitation of Liability

PurpleStock is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, except as outlined in the refund policy. Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
