To request a digital compensation for Boosting Cathegorys:

  • Spend less than 7.5Millions GTA$ per day until 7 days after the purchase. (proofable through screenshots the 7 first days)
  • You must provide sufficient evidence (e.g., ban notice, account history). in-game cash should be visible. the dates will be fetched form the picture's metadata.
  • Refunds will not be issued for issues related to bans or for user error.
  • If the evidence's metadata is obfuscated,edited, errased or you cant provide enough evidences to cover the Policy, the compensation will NOT BE POSSIBLE

No other refunds, exchanges or Compensation will be issued under any other circumstances.

By using our services, you agree:

  • To use the services at your own risk.
  • That you understand the risks involved with using game modifications, including potential account suspensions or bans.
  • To follow the Compensation Policy

PurpleStock is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, except as outlined in the refund policy. Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.

For any other product that's not considered as "Boosting" we do take responsability if the error was exclusively on our side . If the purchase was made for PC you being from an other platform per example this compensation policy cannot be claimed, same if there is an error or missing information non provided by the customer such as delivery location.
The card holder's information has to be exactly the same as the customer. If not, it may be considered as a stolen card, fraud order or malicious intentions wich will cause an order cancelation. In case of being the first time the majority of the total may be returned if considered as error. If the error repeats: we reserve the right to extract fees such as transaction fees, international comission and worker's time dedicated to your order translated in standard hourly wage from the total, as time is expensive and we expect the same conditions from the customer.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
